You Chose Homeschooling for a Reason - We Help Make It Even Better

Hands-on learning, social experiences, and foundational academics designed for your child

You’ve chosen homeschooling because you want the best for your child.

You believe in personalized learning, a flexible schedule, and the freedom to explore education in a meaningful way.

But let’s be honest - homeschooling isn’t always easy.

Maybe your child thrives in hands-on experiences but needs more opportunities to collaborate with peers.

Maybe they light up for science or art, but the moment it’s time for reading or math, the frustration sets in - sometimes a struggle, sometimes a meltdown.

Maybe they’re craving a structured learning environment a few times a week - without giving up the benefits of homeschooling.

That’s where The Learning Hive’s Homeschool Enrichment Program comes in.

A Perfect Blend of Structure, Exploration & Social Connection

Bright, organized classroom with white shelves filled with children's books, a small table with colorful markers, a cozy reading corner with a chair and small stools, and tables with chairs for group activities, all illuminated by large windows and warm lighting.

Our Homeschool Enrichment Program is designed to complement your homeschooling journey by offering:

Engaging, hands-on learning experiences in a classroom-style setting

Small group classes led by experienced educators who understand diverse learning styles

A social, collaborative environment where homeschoolers can build friendships and teamwork skills

A rich variety of subjects that go beyond the core curriculum

Your child will explore, create, and grow, all while developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills - without the rigid structure of a traditional school setting.

What We Offer

At The Learning Hive, our Homeschool Enrichment Program (HEP) blends academics, creativity, and social connection in a way that respects each child's unique pace and learning style.

Designed for children ages 4 to 12, HEP provides a structured yet flexible learning environment where students build on existing skills, explore new concepts, and make meaningful progress - without the pressure of a traditional classroom.

Our child-centred approach ensures that every learner is supported in:

  • Literacy & Numeracy Development – A structured literacy approach rooted in the Science of Reading builds strong reading and writing skills. Multi-sensory, evidence-based math instruction boosts confidence in mathematical thinking.

  • Hands-On Learning – Interactive lessons, small-group collaboration, and multi-sensory activities keep students engaged.

  • Flexible Enrollment – Choose 2, 3, or 4 mornings per week (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday) to fit your homeschool schedule.

  • Social & Academic Growth – A safe, inclusive learning space where children build friendships while progressing at their own pace.

  • Afternoon Enrichment Options – Families can extend their child’s learning with electives like Fine Art, Life Skills, and French, plus supervised lunch and social time before these afternoon sessions begin at 1:00 PM.
