Product Return Policy

We don’t typically carry physical products, but when we do, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
Because our products are often limited-run or made-to-order, all sales are considered final unless there is a clear issue with the item.

Camps & Events 

Camp & Event Refund Policy
(e.g. summer camps, PD Day camps, birthday parties)

All camp and event registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed days.

In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, partial refunds may be considered if sufficient notice is given and the spot can be filled. All approved refunds are subject to an administrative fee.

To request a cancellation, please email us directly. We’re unable to process requests made through social media or text, and email helps ensure your request is received and documented.

Tutoring & School-Year Enrichment Programs

Tutoring & Enrichment Refund Policy
We reserve your child’s space in our programs with consistency and progress in mind. Because each space is limited and highly personalized, tuition is non-refundable once the term begins.

We understand life happens. If you need to pause or withdraw for an unexpected reason, please reach out to us directly. We are always happy to talk through your options and work together on a solution.

Missed sessions due to illness or other circumstances may be eligible for a make-up if schedules allow, but make-ups are not guaranteed.
