Return & Cancellation Policy
Products, Camps, Events, Birthday Parties, and Space Rentals

These policies help us maintain clarity, protect limited space in our programs and rentals, and ensure our team can prepare thoughtfully for every child and event. If you ever have questions or need support, we are always happy to help.
Product Return Policy
(e.g. curriculum kits, printed resources, or merchandise)
While we don’t typically carry physical products, we want you to feel confident in your purchase when we do offer them.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Because many of our items are limited-run, custom, or made-to-order, all sales are final unless there is a clear issue with the product.
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.

Camp and Event Refund Policy
(e.g. Summer Camps, March Break Camp, PD Day Camps, seasonal events)
All camp and event registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed days, as staffing, supplies, and group ratios are planned based on confirmed enrolment.
In rare situations, and at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered if:
sufficient notice is provided, and
we are able to fill the spot from our waitlist
All approved refunds are subject to an administrative fee.

We cannot process cancellations through social media messages, direct messages, or text.
Birthday Party Refund and Change Policy
Our party bookings include advance preparation, staffing, materials, and space reservations. For that reason, all party bookings are non-refundable.
A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, including in cases of illness or change of plans.
Party dates may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days’ notice, pending availability.
Rescheduling with fewer than 14 days’ notice is not guaranteed and may require a new deposit.
If you need to adjust your guest count or add-ons, please reach out as early as possible so we can accommodate your request.
Space Rental Policies
(e.g. classroom rentals, studio use, or private bookings)
Our space rentals provide access to a clean, well-equipped environment suitable for meetings, classes, rehearsals, and small gatherings.
To ensure fairness and clarity:
All space rental fees are non-refundable.
Bookings may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 14 days' notice, based on availability.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment.
Set-up and clean-up must be completed within the booked time. Additional time may incur extra fees.
Activities must align with The Learning Hive’s values and safety expectations. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a rental if the environment becomes unsafe or misaligned with our policies.
